Rana Daggubati’s third Telugu
film Naa Ishtam, a romantic
entertainer directed by debutant
director Prakash Toleti was
launched recently and it is
shooting at brisk pace in Malaysia.
Rana Daggubati has been shooting
continuously for over a month in
Malaysia for Naa Ishtam.
Genelia is his co-star and it’s
being directed by Prakash Tholeti,
who’s making his debut. Earlier
the film was being shot in
Kuala Lumpur and then near
Batu Caves. Recently, an action
sequence was shot in Putrajaya,
near Kuala Lumpur. The schedule
will come to an end on July 10.
Fascinatingly, this is also the
first time that Rana would be
dancing a lot in a film and while
shooting in Malaysia, a song
was shot on Rana which was
choreographed by Nixon.
Harshavardhan Rane, who was
Last seen in Thakita Thakita, is
playing an important role.
Parachuri Kireeti, producer of
Simha, is producing the film.
Chakri is composing the music.
Rana will be sporting a new look
for the film, including shaving
off his beard to look younger.
The film is a love story of a
selfish boy who puts the world
behind him and a girl (Genelia)
who puts the world ahead of her.
Naa Istham is being Produced by
Paruchuri Kireeti under the
banner of United Movies, Chakri is
composing the music.
